On January 18, 2025, the International Criminal Court issued by a majority vote an arrest warrant against Osama Elmasry /Almasri Njeem. Following the arrest and subsequent release, the Court, in view of the de facto expiration of the secrecy of the warrant, decided to make it fully available to the public along with Judge Flores’ dissenting opinion.
